The staff at Route 14 Storage were extremely helpful and very nice. They were willing to work with my crazy schedule and answer any questions I had, including helping me decide which size unit i needed. The price structure was very fair aswell, especially when you consider the use of the moving truck! All in all I was very pleased with the service and value I received here, and will definetely use again if I need storage!

Staff is incapable of updating availability. If you take part in a site such as this one, you take responsibility for keeping it updated and active. Upon reserving a unit, I was told it was no longer available, and that only a much larger unit was available. Upon inquiring about that one, I was told it was also no longer available. While the staff was friendly, I cannot recommend a facility that takes a lazy approach to informing their customers of availability.
